What To Include

Please include your organization name, site name, affected node name if available, a short description of the issue, the time it happened, and any relevant screenshots or logs.

Urgent Production Issues

If a live display or production environment is affected, mark the request as urgent and include the event time, node name, control-plane URL or site name, and the safest callback number.

Zoom Integration Help

For Zoom issues, include whether the meeting is hosted by your Zoom account or an external account, the join method used, the node name, and whether the authorized Zoom user is present in the meeting.
