Terms of Service
Effective date: May 7, 2026
These terms cover use of Pixelogy websites, customer portal, on-prem control software, render nodes, fleet services, updates, and integrations.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Pixelogy websites, customer portals, fleet services, control-plane software, render-node software, updates, support services, and integrations.
By using Pixelogy, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Pixelogy.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their users, operators, networks, Zoom accounts, display systems, media, projects, credentials, and local infrastructure.
Customers must use Pixelogy only with meetings, media, streams, and systems they are authorized to access and display.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Pixelogy to break the law, infringe rights, bypass security, secretly monitor people, access meetings without authorization, disrupt services, or distribute harmful content.
You may not reverse engineer hosted services, tamper with activation or license systems, or attempt to access another customer's deployment.
4. Zoom Integration
The Pixelogy Zoom integration is intended to let authorized operators connect approved Zoom meetings to Pixelogy display output.
Pixelogy render nodes join meetings as visible participants. Meeting access, recording, and media permissions remain subject to Zoom settings and meeting host or cohost controls.
You are responsible for obtaining any required participant notices, meeting permissions, and organizational approvals before displaying or recording meeting content.
5. Software And Updates
Pixelogy may provide control-plane, agent, render-node, portal, activation, update, and support software. Updates may include security fixes, operational improvements, and feature changes.
Customers are responsible for testing updates in their environment and maintaining backups, recovery access, and safe operating procedures.
6. Accounts And Security
You are responsible for keeping credentials, API keys, OAuth connections, license keys, and administrator access secure.
Notify Pixelogy promptly if you believe an account, key, node, or integration has been compromised.
7. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of their content, projects, media, meeting content, and operational data.
You grant Pixelogy the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, support, troubleshoot, secure, and operate the services you use.
8. Third-Party Services
Pixelogy may integrate with services such as Zoom, hosting providers, storage providers, email providers, and payment or support systems.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Pixelogy is not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, or restrictions.
9. Availability And Support
Pixelogy aims to provide reliable services, but availability may vary due to maintenance, customer infrastructure, third-party providers, network conditions, or events outside our control.
Support is provided according to the customer's agreement or active support arrangement.
10. Disclaimers And Liability
Pixelogy is provided as available and as permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for every environment, display system, meeting type, or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelogy's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension Or Termination
Pixelogy may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment is not made, a security risk exists, or continued access could harm Pixelogy, customers, users, or third parties.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
